WINEMAKING: Our blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Merlot and Zinfandel grapes were harvested at the optimal time in the season in the beautiful region of Buellton California when the fruit is ripe and juicy. The grapes were vinified traditionally with care and passion by skilled winemakers, after the initial maceration, malolactic fermentation took place for 3 weeks at 68F to bring out the full natural fruit character. A part of the wine was then oak aged for 8 weeks to develop fine tannins and structure.
