Description
New Rosé wine from AOC Cotes de Provence!
This area of Provence is considered one of the most natural wine growing areas in France. In the Arc valley, east of the city of Aix-en-Provence, Rose Infinie is located on the southern flank of the Montagne Sainte Victoire.
The vineyard is planted on hillsides overlooking the Vallée de l’Arc. The soil consists mainly of calcareous soils, clay and red sandstone with a large element of gravel. These poor, well-drained soils is perfect for growing grapes. The vineyards have exceptional sunshine and a climate with small continental characteristics. Here you have the Mistral wind that is for advantage of the vines because it cleans the vineyard and dries it out. The grapes ripen later here than the rest of the Cotes de Provence, which gives the wines a characteristic freshness. This unique terroir where the vines are cultivated since ancient times, has a profound impact on the wines made here and have very specific geographical climate conditions.
